I was away last week in Gozo. It was beautiful; sunny and warm with a beautiful and compelling landscape to photograph. I had my trusty DianaF+ and five rolls of film. I was going to snap away.
Halfway through my third roll of film my shutter trigger started to not click, it felt like it was getting stuck halfway on the way down and going back up. I soldiered through the roll and opened the camera anxiously to find that was indeed the case. It seems so internal that I would have to dissect the camera.
Has anyone any experience of this? Should I dissect it? Should I just get a new one? Any advice would be great.
So it’s my birthday today and I got six rolls of film, including some really nice looking redscale. I also have a roll of black and white waiting to be developed, so it’s gonna be good and busy on these pages again.
Alex got me the film, check out the new layout on her blog, it’s great. For all your fashion, streetstyle and general needs.
Just handed in a new roll of film to be processed. Hopefully it’s better than the last one, although it was kind of a slow burner, the shots grew on me. So photos tomorrow or the next day. In the mean time thanks to all the new followers and also to anyone who’s reblogged, can’t say how much I appreciate those reblogs. Anyway, watch this space tomorrow or the next day. They’ll be going up one at a time, so keep dropping in. And if you have questions or anything you want to say hit mail.
I am happy to say that I will have new photos tomorrow! I must apologise for the huge gap in posting, things were against me, like money for processing, the weather and the place where I get my photos processed being closed. But those are all excuses, there won’t be such a long gap again. Thank you so much to those who continue to stop by and especially to those of you who mailed me asking where I’d gone. So first of the new batch will be up tomorrow. See you there!
